Working whitepaper
Agrarian is a native coin for real-world trade and persistent civilization.
AGR began with local agriculture, homesteading, forestry, fishing, making, and neighbor-to-neighbor exchange. That remains the root. The Agrarian game adds a second economy where those same values become playable systems: land, labor, trade, family, governance, inheritance, and history.
Position
Utility is the product.
Agrarian is not being framed as a speculation-first launch. The intended value comes from two connected uses: a practical payment option for real local producers and the economic backbone of a long-running civilization simulator.
Civilization narrative
The game asks one question: what survives after you are gone?
Agrarian is planned as a persistent generational civilization simulator set on an evolving Earth-scale world. Players begin with almost nothing: fire, shelter, weather, hunger, and a winter approaching. Over generations, they build homesteads, villages, markets, governments, industries, and eventually distant frontiers.
Characters die. Civilization persists.
Families, land, infrastructure, knowledge, and history can outlive a single character.
The world is the expansion.
The same persistent world grows through survival, agriculture, civic systems, industry, automation, and orbital ambition.
AGR powers exchange.
Labor, goods, land value, transport, contracts, taxation, and player-created markets are the natural places for AGR to function.

Development roadmap
From survival prototype to durable economy.
The game roadmap starts small and practical, then expands only as each system earns its place. The coin roadmap stays equally grounded: wallets, mining, explorer visibility, releases, support, and responsible market access.
Foundational survival MVP
Single biome, weather, hunger, thirst, injury, primitive crafting, wildlife, shelter, inventory, stat systems, and basic multiplayer.
Persistent homesteading
Farming, domestication, land claiming, storage, preservation, persistent structures, and early local economy.
Social civilization systems
Trade, reputation, contracts, governance, crime, alliances, migration, and emergent communities.
Generations, governments, and industry
Lineage, inheritance, cities, taxation, diplomacy, war, infrastructure decay, resource cycles, industrial systems, and automation.
Earth-scale and beyond
Large-scale terrain, global logistics, regional economies, orbital foundations, and eventually interplanetary frontiers without abandoning Earth.
Documentation roadmap
What this whitepaper still needs.
The next revisions should document supply and chain parameters, user wallet model, explorer architecture, release process, mining guidance, node operation, backup expectations, merchant onboarding, and the game economy bridge.
Access and custody
Explain how users will access funds, back up wallets, send transactions, and recover access safely.
Participation path
Connect practical mining instructions to All The Acronyms and the Agrarian Core release process.
Economy integration
Define how AGR connects to accounts, wallets, game balances, fees, safeguards, and player-created markets.
